Common questions
How much does this mailer reduce shipping costs compared to rigid boxes?
Lightweight kraft construction reduces postage by 15-25% per unit compared to heavier rigid boxes. Flat-ship design also cuts inbound freight costs by up to 40% due to reduced dimensional weight.
Will ECT-32-B provide adequate protection for fragile items?
Yes. The double-wall construction on front and sides delivers crush-resistant protection rated for stacking loads up to 200 lbs. Suitable for glassware, small electronics, and light tools. For heavier items, consider ECT-44 or higher ratings.
Can we use these mailers without tape or additional fasteners?
Absolutely. The fold-and-tuck one-piece design closes securely without tape, glue, or staples. This eliminates assembly labor and reduces per-unit packing costs.
How do these stack on pallets for warehouse storage?
Flat-folded boxes stack compactly in your warehouse. Once assembled, the 4 x 4 x 2" footprint maximizes pallet utilization for both storage and outbound shipments, improving fulfillment efficiency by 20-30%.
