Are these labels compatible with my thermal printer?
Yes. THL145 labels work with Zebra, Datamax, Sato, and virtually all thermal transfer printers using standard 4x6 label roll configurations. Confirm your printer accepts 4" x 5" media and uses thermal transfer ribbons before ordering.
Will these labels stick to corrugated cartons in humid or cold conditions?
The permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive provides reliable adhesion to corrugated surfaces across standard warehouse temperatures (-10°C to 50°C). For extreme conditions or specialty materials (plastic, metal), test a sample roll first.
Do I need thermal transfer ribbons, or are these direct thermal?
These are thermal transfer labels, so ribbons are required. They are NOT direct thermal. Use compatible wax, wax-resin, or resin ribbons depending on your label durability and print longevity needs.
