Common questions
What ECT rating does this mailer have and why does it matter?
This mailer features ECT-32-B corrugated, providing excellent crush resistance suitable for small-to-medium weight items. ECT-32 ensures adequate stacking strength while maintaining cost efficiency for high-volume B2B shippers managing multiple SKUs.
Does this require additional materials like tape or staples to assemble?
No. The one-piece fold-and-tuck design assembles in seconds without tape, glue, or staples, reducing assembly labor costs and speeding up fulfillment operations.
How does this mailer help reduce shipping costs?
At 5" x 2" x 2", this compact mailer minimizes dimensional weight charges while the lightweight kraft construction reduces base postage. Bulk purchasing in bundles of 50 further reduces per-unit costs.
Can these be stored efficiently in our warehouse?
Yes. Because they ship and store completely flat, a bundle of 50 occupies minimal shelf space, allowing fulfillment directors to maintain higher inventory levels without expanding storage infrastructure.
