Common questions
Why choose square tubes over round mailing tubes?
Square tubes prevent rolling during transit and storage, reducing product shifting and damage claims. They stack more efficiently on pallets (15-20% better density), pack faster without rotation concerns, and present a more professional appearance on receiving docks. The flat edges also maximize shelf space utilization.
How quickly can these be assembled, and what tools are needed?
Assembly takes 8-12 seconds per tube with zero tools required. The integrated fold-and-lock closure system uses the tube's own material strength, no tape, staples, or adhesive needed. Operators can assemble 300+ tubes per hour, significantly reducing labor costs on high-volume shipments.
What products are safe to ship in these 37-inch tubes?
ECT-32-B rating supports up to 200 lbs per bundle in transit. Ideal for posters, blueprints, textiles, paper rolls, vinyl, artwork, and documents. Interior dimensions provide 5" x 5" cross-section; verify your product fits before ordering. Not recommended for heavy machinery parts or fragile glass.
Are these tubes USPS, UPS, and FedEx compliant?
Yes. These kraft corrugated tubes meet all major carrier dimensional and material standards. The square design fits standard conveyor systems, and ECT-32-B construction exceeds carrier drop-test requirements. Always verify weight and final package dimensions against current carrier specifications.
