Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean and why does it matter for my shipping operations?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) rating of 32 indicates this single-wall corrugated can withstand 32 pounds per inch of edge crush force. This standard strength rating is ideal for typical small-parcel shipping where boxes face moderate stacking pressure, sufficient for most e-commerce and light industrial applications while keeping costs competitive versus heavier-duty ECT-44 or ECT-48 options.
How many of these boxes fit on a standard pallet and what's the freight advantage?
The compact 7 x 5 x 3" dimensions allow approximately 48-50 bundles (1,200-1,250 boxes) per pallet, significantly improving cubic utilization versus larger box sizes. This density directly reduces per-box freight cost and warehouse storage footprint, translating to measurable savings on high-volume orders.
Are these boxes suitable for stacking heavier items or multiple box stacking?
ECT-32 single-wall corrugated performs best for items under 10-15 pounds and supports 2-3 box stacks in typical warehouse conditions. For heavier items or taller stacking requirements, consider upgrading to ECT-44 or double-wall corrugated to ensure crush resistance and damage prevention.
Can I order smaller quantities or must I buy full bundles of 25?
This SKU is sold as a bundle of 25 units for wholesale pricing efficiency. Contact our sales team for bulk order discounts or custom quantity negotiations if your volume justifies special handling.
