Common questions
What weight capacity does ECT-32 support for the 7x7x4.5 box?
ECT-32 single-wall corrugated safely handles products up to 15 lbs per box under normal stacking conditions (3-4 boxes high). For heavier items or extended storage, consider ECT-44 or double-wall alternatives.
How many 7x7x4.5 boxes fit on a standard 4840 pallet?
Approximately 120-140 boxes per pallet when stacked optimally (16-20 cartons per layer, 7-8 layers). This compact size maximizes pallet density and freight efficiency compared to larger box formats.
Are these boxes suitable for fragile items?
ECT-32 provides standard strength for non-fragile items. For breakable goods (glassware, electronics), add interior cushioning or upgrade to ECT-44 double-wall corrugated for enhanced protection.
Can I order custom quantities or print our logo on these boxes?
Standard orders are bundled in 25-unit quantities. Contact our sales team for custom printing, bulk pricing, and minimum order thresholds for branded packaging solutions.
