Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean, and why does it matter for my shipping operation?
ECT-32 refers to Edge Crush Test rating of 32 lbs per inch, a measure of how much vertical pressure the carton wall can withstand. For a 777" box, this rating supports reliable stacking in standard warehouse environments and ensures products arrive damage-free, reducing claims and customer returns.
How many 777" boxes fit on a standard 4048" pallet?
Approximately 100-110 boxes per layer can be stacked 8-10 layers high, yielding 800-1,100 cartons per pallet depending on stacking configuration. This high density reduces per-unit freight costs and maximizes your logistics ROI.
Are these boxes suitable for fragile items or heavier products?
ECT-32 single-wall corrugated performs best for items under 10 lbs. For fragile goods, consider double-wall or add interior cushioning; for heavier items over 15 lbs, upgrade to ECT-44 or ECT-48 rated cartons to maintain structural integrity.
Can I order smaller quantities than 25-box bundles?
Standard orders are bundled in quantities of 25 for cost efficiency. For bulk volume pricing on cases or pallets (typically 50+ bundles), contact our B2B sales team for custom quote and freight consolidation options.
