About this item
SKU SE1040S — 8 1/2" × 8 1/2", Plated Steel, Silver. Sold as a case of 200, shipped from US warehouses.
Metal Globe truck seals provide undeniable tamper evidence, removal leaves unmistakable proof of breach. These 8.5 " tin plated steel security seals feature sequential numbering, apply without tools, and ship in cases of 200 for maximum cost efficiency on high-volume shipments.
Common questions
Do these seals require any tools or training to apply?
No. Metal Globe Truck Seals apply without tools, training, or special equipment. Staff can secure trailers immediately upon loading, reducing operational friction and labor costs.
Are these seals DOT compliant and legally recognized for evidence?
Yes. Sequential numbering and embossed 'Secured' marking create a complete audit trail recognized by DOT, insurance carriers, and law enforcement as tamper-evident documentation.
What happens if someone tries to remove the seal?
Removal is impossible without leaving visible evidence of tampering. The tin-plated steel construction breaks or fractures upon removal, creating undeniable proof of breach for investigation and liability claims.
How many seals per case, and what is the cost per unit at scale?
Each case contains 200 seals. Bulk ordering (multiple cases) qualifies for volume pricing, reducing per-unit cost significantly for fleet operations and recurring shipment needs.
