Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean and is it right for my products?
ECT-32 (Edge Crush Test 32) indicates the box can withstand 32 pounds of force per linear inch, suitable for lightweight items under 15 pounds per box. For heavier products or multi-level stacking, consider upgrading to ECT-44 or ECT-48 for enhanced protection and performance.
How many boxes can I stack safely?
ECT-32 single-wall construction typically supports 3-4 boxes high when fully loaded, depending on product weight and moisture conditions. For higher stacking requirements, consult our packaging specialists or upgrade to double-wall corrugated for increased crush resistance.
Are these boxes suitable for cold chain or refrigerated shipping?
Standard kraft corrugated boxes are not moisture-resistant and may weaken in high-humidity or refrigerated environments. For temperature-sensitive or moisture-prone applications, we recommend requesting our waterproof or moisture-barrier corrugated options.
Can I order custom quantities or different ECT ratings?
Yes, while this SKU is sold in bundles of 25, we offer volume pricing for larger orders and can source alternative ECT ratings (ECT-44, ECT-48) and custom configurations. Contact our account team for tailored packaging solutions and bulk pricing quotes.
