Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean, and is it strong enough for stacking?
ECT-32 indicates 32 lbs/inch of edge crush strength, sufficient for 2 - 3 box stacks in typical warehouse conditions. This rating balances protection and cost, making it ideal for single-shipment scenarios and e-commerce fulfillment where boxes rarely exceed 3-high stacks.
Why choose this over a mailing tube for tall items?
Corrugated boxes offer impact protection on all sides, easier labeling and barcoding, and better freight density. They stack efficiently and fit into existing packing workflows without special equipment.
How many of these boxes fit on a standard pallet?
Approximately 50 - 60 bundles (1,250 - 1,500 flat boxes) fit per standard 48x40" pallet, depending on stacking height. Consult our pallet configuration guide or contact sales for volume-specific logistics planning.
Can I order custom printing or larger quantities?
Yes. Packrift supports custom printing, watermark branding, and volume discounts for orders of 10+ bundles. Contact our B2B sales team for quote and production timeline on branded boxes.
