Common questions
What weight capacity does ECT-32 support with the 9x9x7 box?
ECT-32 corrugated safely handles up to 15-20 lbs per individual box in single-stack conditions. For multi-level pallet stacking, reduce per-box weight to 10-12 lbs to prevent crushing and ensure freight integrity across distribution channels.
How many 9x9x7 boxes fit on a standard 48x40 pallet?
A standard 48" 40" pallet accommodates approximately 180-200 assembled boxes (18-20 boxes per layer, 10 layers high), depending on stacking orientation and your facility's height restrictions.
Is ECT-32 kraft corrugated suitable for outdoor storage?
ECT-32 single-wall corrugated is designed for indoor warehouse environments and protected storage. For outdoor exposure or high-humidity conditions, upgrade to double-wall corrugated (ECT-44+) or add waterproof coating.
Can these boxes be customized with printing or branding?
Yes. Contact our sales team for custom print quotes on bulk orders (typically 500+ units). Standard kraft kraft boxes ship unprinted; custom branding supports brand consistency and professional unboxing experiences.
