Common questions
Is the 4" x 8" size UPS and USPS eligible?
Yes. The #000 dimensions (4" x 8") meet USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground size requirements. The lightweight construction helps minimize dimensional weight surcharges, making it cost-effective for small parcels.
How much shock protection does the 3/16" bubble provide?
The 3/16" high slip bubble lining provides adequate cushioning for lightweight fragile items such as jewelry, electronics, trading cards, and collectibles. For heavier or more delicate items, consider larger mailer sizes with thicker bubble.
Can customers easily open these mailers?
Yes. The integrated tear strip allows customers to open the mailer quickly without scissors or box cutters, improving unboxing experience and reducing return complaints related to difficult opening.
Are these mailers environmentally friendly?
The kraft paper exterior is made from recycled materials and is fully recyclable, making these mailers a sustainable choice for eco-conscious shippers and customers.
