Common questions
What is the bubble cell size and how much shock protection does it provide?
The 3/16" high slip bubble lining provides moderate shock absorption ideal for lightweight fragile items under 2 lbs. Cell size offers sufficient cushioning for electronics, cosmetics, and delicate goods during standard ground shipping without adding excess weight or dimensional charges.
Are these mailers UPS and FedEx eligible for automated processing?
Yes, the #00 size with self-seal closure is compatible with major carrier automated sorting systems. The tear strip design meets carrier requirements for quick opening, reducing handling delays and damage during transit.
How does the peel-and-stick seal prevent tampering and what about return shipping?
The pressure-sensitive adhesive lip creates a visible tamper-evident closure that shows any unauthorized opening. Recipients simply use the integrated tear strip for damage-free opening, and the mailer design supports easy return or resealing if needed.
What's the coverage per roll and how many items can I ship per case?
Each case contains 250 individual mailers, providing coverage for 250 shipments. At bulk pricing, the cost-per-mailer is significantly lower than buying packs of 50-100, making this ideal for high-volume packers looking to reduce per-unit shipping costs.
