Common questions
What is the difference between 3/16" bubble and other bubble sizes?
The 3/16" bubble provides optimal balance between protection and dimensional weight. It absorbs moderate shock for fragile items while maintaining UPS and FedEx lightweight eligibility, reducing shipping costs on small parcels compared to thicker 5/16" or 1/2" bubble options.
Are these mailers UPS and FedEx compliant?
Yes. The kraft bubble mailers meet carrier dimensional standards and are commonly used for USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx Home Delivery. Verify with your carrier for specific weight restrictions on your shipments.
Can the self-seal closure be reopened for quality checks?
The peel-and-stick closure is designed for one-time sealing to ensure tamper evidence. For resealing capability, consider reinforcing with kraft tape for security audits or returns processing.
How much coverage does one case of 100 mailers provide?
One case contains 100 mailers, each covering 102 square inches (12" x 8.5"). For businesses shipping 5-10 items daily, one case typically lasts 10-20 days depending on volume. Order in multiples based on your monthly shipping volume to avoid stockouts.
