Common questions
What's the difference between 3/16" bubble and other cell sizes?
The 3/16" bubble height provides excellent shock absorption for lightweight to medium-weight items while keeping dimensional weight low, ideal for UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail pricing. Larger bubbles (1/2") offer maximum protection but increase package weight; smaller bubbles (1/8") suit lightweight items needing minimal cushioning.
Are these mailers considered tamper-evident?
Yes. The peel-and-stick closure leaves visible evidence of opening, providing security assurance to your customers. The adhesive creates a permanent seal that cannot be resealed without visible damage.
Can I use these for UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipments?
Absolutely. White bubble mailers are eligible for all major carriers including UPS Ground, UPS Express, FedEx, DHL, and USPS Priority Mail. The lightweight construction helps minimize dimensional weight charges, reducing shipping costs per unit.
How many items can typically fit in a 12" x 8.5" mailer?
The #2 size accommodates most single items up to 4-6 ounces comfortably. Common contents include: single jewelry pieces, phone cases, cosmetic sets, small electronics, or up to 50 sheets of standard paper with protective padding. Test with your specific products to confirm fit.
