Common questions
Are these mailers UPS and FedEx eligible?
Yes. The 8.5" x 12" #2 size meets carrier specifications for both UPS and FedEx ground shipping, including SmartPost and international services. Verify weight and contents restrictions with your carrier.
What is the 3/16" bubble lining coverage per roll equivalent?
Each mailer features continuous 3/16" high slip bubble across the interior, providing approximately 102 square inches of protective cushioning per mailer. This density is designed for items up to 2 lbs without additional padding.
How much shock protection does the bubble provide?
The 3/16" bubble cell height absorbs impact equivalent to 4-6 foot drops on hard surfaces for most fragile goods. For items requiring maximum protection, consider layering with additional cushioning or upgrading to larger mailer sizes.
Can I use these mailers for branded unboxing experiences?
Yes. The clean white paper exterior provides a professional canvas for custom labeling, branding, and return address printing. The self-seal design eliminates tape residue and creates a premium first-impression for direct customers.
