Common questions
What is the maximum weight capacity for these #3 mailers?
These mailers are rated for items up to approximately 1 lb. The 3/16" bubble provides adequate cushioning for lightweight products; heavier items may require larger sizes or additional padding.
Are these mailers USPS, UPS, and FedEx compliant?
Yes. The kraft exterior and sealed construction meet standard carrier requirements. However, always verify current carrier specifications, as regulations may vary by destination and service type.
How much does the bubble cushioning reduce product damage?
The 3/16" high-slip bubble lining absorbs impact during sorting and transport, significantly reducing damage claims. Exact protection depends on product fragility, delicate items may benefit from additional internal padding.
Can these mailers be used for hazardous materials or liquids?
No. These mailers are designed for dry goods only. Liquids require special hazmat-compliant packaging, and aerosols or flammables need certified shipping containers.
