Common questions
Are these mailers UPS and FedEx eligible for dimensional weight pricing?
Yes. The 91/2" 141/2" #4 size and lightweight kraft construction keep dimensional weight low, making these compliant with carrier standards and helping you avoid dimensional surcharges on automated shipping platforms.
How much shock protection does the 3/16" bubble provide?
The 3/16" high slip bubble delivers adequate cushioning for fragile items like jewelry, small electronics, and cosmetics in typical parcel environments. For heavier or more fragile goods, consider upgrading to larger bubble cell sizes or combining with additional void fill.
Can customers easily open these mailers, and is there tamper evidence?
Yes. The peel-and-stick closure is tamper evident and the pull tear strip allows quick, one-handed opening without tools, improving customer satisfaction while maintaining security and protecting your brand during unboxing.
Are these kraft mailers recyclable?
Yes, the kraft paper exterior is made from recycled content and is fully recyclable, supporting sustainability commitments and appealing to eco-conscious customers and marketplaces requiring recyclable packaging.
