Common questions
What does the 3/16" bubble lining protect against?
The 3/16" high-slip bubble cushioning absorbs shock and impact during transit, protecting fragile items from dents, cracks, and breakage. This cell size is ideal for lightweight to moderate-weight products; pair with additional void fill for heavier or extremely fragile items.
Are these mailers UPS, FedEx, and USPS eligible?
Yes. The 20" x 14 1/4" dimensions and lightweight kraft construction meet standard carrier dimensional and weight requirements. Verify exact eligibility with your carrier, as some weight-based or zone-dependent restrictions may apply.
How many items per roll or case, and what's the coverage area?
This product is sold as a case of 25 individual mailers. Total coverage area per case: approximately 7,125 square inches (25 mailers 285 sq in per mailer). Each mailer can protect one item or multiple smaller items with proper void fill.
Why choose recycled kraft over white bubble mailers?
Recycled kraft paper reduces environmental impact, supports corporate sustainability goals, and projects a premium, eco-conscious brand image. It's lighter than many alternatives, lowering dimensional weight charges, and the natural brown color hides wear better during transit than white mailers.
