Common questions
Are these mailers UPS and FedEx compliant?
Yes. The 20" x 14 1/4" #7 size meets USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx standard shipping dimensional requirements. Verify current carrier specifications as policies may change; most carriers accept these mailers without surcharges when dimensions and weight are within standard limits.
What is the 3/16" bubble cell size and why does it matter?
The 3/16" bubble lining provides medium-grade shock absorption suitable for most fragile items shipped domestically. Larger bubbles (1/2") offer maximum protection for heavy/breakable goods; smaller cells (1/8") suit lightweight items. This size balances protection, weight, and postage cost, the industry standard for e-commerce fragile goods.
Do I need tape or additional sealing materials?
No. The peel-and-stick adhesive strip is factory-applied and tamper evident. Simply peel back the liner and press the flap shut. No tape, glue gun, or dispenser needed, saving time and material costs.
Can I print shipping labels directly on these mailers?
Yes. The smooth white exterior accepts thermal and inkjet label printing. Most e-commerce shippers apply 4" x 6" thermal labels in the center-right area without compromising the bubble protection or seal integrity.
