Common questions
Can these chipboard pads be used as envelope stiffeners?
Yes. These 12 x 12" pads are ideal envelope stiffeners for protecting documents and flat goods during transit. Their rigid 22-point construction maintains shape throughout the shipping journey while keeping postage costs reasonable.
Will these pads protect my cartons from box cutters?
Absolutely. Place these kraft fibreboard pads on the top layer of your cartons to create a sacrificial barrier that stops box cutters and knives from penetrating to your product inside, reducing damage claims and returns.
How many pads are in each case, and what's the cost per pad?
Each case contains 625 pads, giving you significant per-unit savings compared to smaller quantities. This bulk sizing works best for high-volume shippers and fulfillment operations processing dozens of boxes daily.
Are these pads made from sustainable materials?
Yes. These chipboard pads are manufactured from 100% recycled kraft paper, reducing landfill waste and supporting your sustainability goals without compromising on durability or shipping compliance.
