Common questions
What does ECT-32-B mean, and why does it matter for my shipping operation?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32-B indicates the corrugated material can withstand 32 pounds of crushing force per linear inch. This rating ensures reliable protection during stacking and transit, reducing damage-related returns and customer service costs while remaining lightweight enough to minimize postage surcharges.
How much assembly time does each mailer require?
Zero. These one-piece fold-and-tuck mailers fold together in seconds with no tape, glue, or staples needed. This simplifies your fulfillment workflow, reduces labor costs, and speeds up pack-and-ship cycles during peak order periods.
Will these mailers protect fragile items adequately?
Yes. The crush-resistant design features double walls of protection on the front and sides, making them ideal for shipping small fragile items like electronics, glassware, or delicate products. The ECT-32-B material provides structural integrity throughout transit.
What is the typical cost savings compared to tape-sealed boxes?
Beyond eliminating tape and packing material costs, the lightweight construction reduces dimensional weight charges on every shipment. Bulk purchasing at 50-unit bundle pricing further increases per-unit savings, with additional volume discounts available for larger order volumes.
