Common questions
What is ECT-32-B and why does it matter for shipping?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32-B corrugated meets ASTM D5169 standards with 32 pounds-per-inch crush strength. This rating ensures your boxes stack safely during warehouse operations and freight transport, reducing damage risk and protecting ROI on shipped goods.
How much assembly labor do I save with fold-and-tuck design?
No tape, glue, staples, or machinery needed, boxes assemble in seconds by hand. For fulfillment operations processing 500+ shipments daily, fold-and-tuck design saves 2, 4 labor hours per shift compared to traditional tape-sealed boxes.
What shipping cost savings should I expect with lightweight corrugated?
ECT-32-B white corrugated weighs approximately 20, 25% less than heavier-grade alternatives while maintaining crush strength. On dimensional weight pricing (DIM), lighter mailers reduce per-unit shipping costs by 10, 15%, with savings multiplying across high-volume monthly shipments.
Can these mailers handle stacking and multi-box orders?
Yes. Double-wall construction on front and sides provides crush resistance for safe stacking in warehouse environments and on delivery trucks. Boxes maintain structural integrity under typical loading conditions, reducing damage claims and customer returns.
