Common questions
How many different box sizes does one multi-depth carton replace?
A single 10 10 12" multi-depth box typically replaces 3-4 traditional fixed-size cartons (commonly 10104", 10106", 10108", and 101012"), significantly reducing warehouse storage footprint and inventory complexity.
Will these boxes support stacking on a full pallet load?
Yes. ECT-32 kraft corrugated provides robust crush resistance suitable for multi-tier stacking in standard warehouse conditions. For loads exceeding 500 lbs per pallet, we recommend testing your specific application or consulting our packaging specialist.
Do I need special equipment to adjust the box height?
No. Pre-scored panels fold easily by hand in seconds, no carton sizer, machine, or labor-intensive setup required. Simply fold side panels to your desired height and seal.
How much can I save on shipping costs compared to standard boxes?
Savings vary by shipper, but reducing dimensional weight through right-sized boxes typically saves 15-30% on parcel fees. Consolidating 3-4 SKUs into one also cuts inventory holding costs, warehouse space, and order-picking time by 20-40%.
