Common questions
How do I adjust the box height without special equipment?
Simply fold the pre-scored side panels inward to your desired height, 2", 3", or 4". No carton sizer or box maker needed. The kraft corrugated stays rigid at all heights, protecting your product during transit and storage.
Will ECT-32 hold up to stacking in a warehouse?
Yes. ECT-32 (32 lb Edge Crush Test) is rated for single-wall corrugated and provides solid stacking strength for typical warehouse and fulfillment operations. Stack weight depends on your specific product, but ECT-32 handles standard e-commerce and industrial volumes reliably.
How much can I save by using one box size instead of three?
By consolidating 12122", 12123", and 12124" into one SKU, you reduce procurement complexity, inventory carrying costs, and warehouse shelf space. You also minimize dimensional weight surcharges by selecting the right height for each shipment, directly lowering parcel service fees.
Are these boxes food-safe or suitable for sensitive products?
These kraft corrugated boxes are ideal for general shipping and storage. For food contact or hazardous materials, verify compliance with your specific regulatory requirements or contact our team for product certifications and recommendations.
