Common questions
How do multi-depth boxes reduce shipping costs?
By folding to match product height (2", 4", or 6"), you eliminate excess void space. Parcel carriers charge based on dimensional weight, smaller box heights directly lower your per-shipment costs, compounding savings across thousands of monthly shipments.
Can ECT-32 handle stacking in warehouses?
Yes. ECT-32 kraft corrugated provides strong stacking performance for typical warehouse conditions. ECT (Edge Crush Test) rating of 32 lbs/inch means each box withstands significant compressive force from palletized loads.
Do we still need a carton sizer with pre-scored boxes?
No. Pre-scored panels eliminate the need for carton sizing equipment. Operators simply fold to the required height and seal, saving capital investment and labor time while reducing operational complexity.
How many different box sizes do these replace?
One multi-depth 12x6x6" box replaces up to three separate SKUs (typically 12x6x2", 12x6x4", and 12x6x6"). This consolidation dramatically reduces inventory management overhead and buffer stock requirements.
