Common questions
How many different box heights can I achieve with one SKU?
The pre-scored construction allows adjustment to 6 distinct heights: 4", 6", 8", 10", 12", and intermediate positions. Fold to your desired size in seconds without equipment, no carton sizer required.
Will ECT-32 handle our stacking and pallet loads?
Yes. ECT-32 single-wall kraft is engineered for standard warehouse stacking (typically 4-6 pallets high) and delivers reliable crush resistance. Verify your specific load weight with our technical team for optimal performance.
How much can we reduce shipping costs with right-sized packaging?
Right-sizing eliminates dimensional weight surcharges from parcel carriers and reduces void fill material. Typical savings range 8 - 15% per shipment depending on product density and carrier pricing, compounding significantly at scale.
Does this reduce our carton inventory complexity?
Significantly. One SKU replaces up to 6 static carton sizes, cutting warehouse SKU count, storage footprint, and purchase orders while improving inventory turnover and obsolescence risk.
