Common questions
How quickly does the ML772K assemble compared to traditional taped boxes?
The fold-and-tuck design assembles in seconds without tape, glue, or staples. Your team saves 3-5 minutes per box versus traditional assembly, translating to significant labor savings across high-volume shipments.
Will ECT-32-B corrugated material protect documents from crushing during shipping?
Yes. ECT-32-B is engineered for crush resistance, protecting your literature and branded materials throughout the supply chain. The corrugated structure absorbs impact while maintaining professional presentation upon delivery.
Can I use these mailers for customer returns or does the self-seal only work one way?
The self-sealing closure is designed for outbound shipping. For customer returns, you can reinforce with kraft tape. The compact 7x7x2" size is ideal for lightweight literature but not recommended for heavy return items.
How do bulk pricing and reorder flexibility work with the 50-unit bundle structure?
Packrift offers tiered pricing on multiple bundles, allowing you to scale orders as your shipping volume grows. The 50-unit bundle is ideal for small-to-mid-sized e-commerce brands; volume discounts apply at 5+ bundles per order.
