Common questions
Will the end caps stay secure during shipment?
Yes. The white end caps snap firmly into place and are designed not to pop off during transit, protecting your contents from damage, moisture, and contamination throughout the shipping process.
What is the difference between usable space and actual tube length?
Usable space (12") refers to the interior length available for your contents. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate the end caps and structural integrity. This ensures maximum protection while maintaining the compact dimensions you need.
Are these tubes reusable and environmentally friendly?
Yes. These kraft tubes are both reusable for multiple shipments and fully recyclable, making them a cost-effective and sustainable packaging solution that reduces waste and long-term expenses.
Can I purchase additional end caps separately?
Yes. Additional 1.5" white end caps are available for purchase separately (SKU: PMTCAP15-C820), allowing you to replace worn caps or expand your inventory as needed.
