Common questions
Will the end caps stay secure during shipment?
Yes. The white end caps are engineered to snap firmly into place and are designed specifically not to pop off during transit, protecting your documents even through rough handling or multi-carrier shipping.
Can I reorder just the end caps if I run out?
Absolutely. Additional 1.5" end caps (PMTCAP15-C820) are available for individual purchase, allowing you to extend the life of existing tubes and reduce overall packaging costs.
What's the difference between the listed 15" length and actual tube length?
The 15" dimension represents usable interior space for your documents. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate the end cap mechanism. This ensures maximum protection without reducing your usable storage capacity.
Are these tubes suitable for recyclable packaging programs?
Yes. Made from kraft fibreboard, these tubes are fully recyclable and reusable, making them ideal for businesses with sustainability commitments or customers who prefer eco-friendly packaging options.
