Common questions
Will the end caps stay on during shipping?
Yes. The white snap-on caps are engineered to remain secure throughout transit and will not pop off, keeping your contents protected from dust, moisture, and damage.
What's the difference between usable length and actual tube length?
The 16" usable length is the interior space available for your documents or materials. The actual outer tube length is slightly longer to accommodate the snap-on caps at both ends.
Can I reorder just the end caps separately?
Yes. Additional 1.5" white end caps (SKU: PMTCAP15-C820) are available for purchase separately, making it easy to replace or expand your inventory.
Are these tubes compliant with shipping regulations?
These kraft tubes meet standard packaging requirements for USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipments. Always confirm compliance with your specific carrier and shipping contents.
