Common questions
Will the caps pop off during shipping and handling?
No. The white end caps are engineered to snap securely into the tube openings and remain locked in place throughout transit. This design eliminates contents spillage and meets carrier shipping requirements without requiring additional sealing tape or securing materials.
What is the actual length of the tubes versus the 20" measurement?
The 20" measurement represents usable interior space for your contents. The actual physical tube length is longer to accommodate the end cap mechanism and structural integrity. This ensures you have a full 20" of space for documents, blueprints, or rolled materials.
Can these tubes be reused or are they single-use?
These kraft tubes are fully reusable and recyclable, making them a sustainable packaging choice that reduces long-term costs. Many customers reuse them for storage or repurpose them for other applications before recycling, maximizing value per unit.
Are additional end caps available if I need replacements?
Yes. Additional 2" end caps are available for purchase separately and snap into place just like the included caps. This allows you to extend the life of your tubes and replace damaged caps without purchasing full case quantities.
