About this item
SKU P2024KRP6 — 24" × 2", 0.06 Thick Spiral Wound Fibreboard, Kraft. Sold as a case of 6, shipped from US warehouses.
2x24 kraft mailing tubes with caps, 6 pack. 3-ply spiral wound kraft fibreboard (0.06 in wall) protects blueprints, posters, drawings, maps, and documents in shipping and storage; white plastic snap caps included on both ends hold contents secure. Usable space 24 in long x 2 in diameter; sold 6 tubes per case; reusable and recyclable. Also called shipping tubes, poster tubes, or document tubes.
Common questions
Will the snap caps stay secured during shipment?
Yes. White plastic end caps are engineered to snap firmly into place and will not pop off during standard ground or air shipping. The secure fit maintains product integrity and prevents contents from shifting.
Can these tubes be reused?
Absolutely. The 3-ply spiral wound construction is durable enough for multiple uses. Many customers reuse these tubes for internal storage or resend them to customers, reducing packaging waste and costs over time.
What is the difference between usable space and actual tube length?
Usable space (24") refers to the interior area available for your contents. Actual tube length is slightly longer to accommodate the snap cap mechanism and ensure secure closure. This is standard for capped mailing tubes.
Are additional end caps available separately?
Yes. Replacement white plastic end caps are sold separately. You can order additional caps if you need replacements or plan to reuse tubes with fresh closures for different shipments.
