Common questions
Will the end caps stay on during shipping?
Yes. The white end caps feature a secure snap-fit design engineered to prevent accidental opening or dislodging during transit, ensuring your contents reach their destination protected and undamaged.
What should I ship inside these tubes?
These tubes are ideal for documents, blueprints, posters, certificates, rolled artwork, and architectural drawings. The 15-inch usable length and 2.5-inch diameter accommodate most standard rolled materials. Note that actual tube length is longer than the 15-inch usable space measurement.
Can I reuse or recycle these tubes?
Yes. The spiral wound kraft construction makes these tubes fully reusable for internal storage and organization, or fully recyclable through standard cardboard recycling programs, supporting your sustainability goals.
What if I need additional end caps?
Replacement 2.5-inch white end caps are available separately (SKU: PMTCAP25-C820). Order additional caps to refresh worn tubes or maintain surplus inventory for peak mailing periods.
