Common questions
Will the end caps stay on during shipping?
Yes. The white snap-locking end caps are engineered to hold contents secure without popping off during transit. They provide reliable closure for high-volume shipping operations and meet standard shipping compliance requirements.
What is the difference between usable space and actual tube length?
Usable space (9 inches) refers to the interior capacity for your contents. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate the structural design and end cap attachment. This ensures maximum strength and durability during shipping.
Are these tubes suitable for heavy items?
The 3-ply spiral wound fibreboard construction (0.06" thick) is designed for lightweight to medium-weight contents such as documents, blueprints, posters, and rolled materials. For heavier items, consult our packaging specialists for alternative solutions.
Can I purchase additional end caps separately?
Yes. Additional 3" white end caps are available for purchase separately (SKU: PMTCAP3-C820), allowing you to reuse tubes or build inventory for future shipments.
