Common questions
Will the end caps stay secure during shipping?
Yes. The white snap-on caps are engineered to lock firmly into place and will not pop off or come loose during standard ground, air, or parcel shipping. They create a seal strong enough to protect contents through multiple handling stages.
What is the actual length of the tube versus the usable space measurement?
The listed 9" refers to usable interior space for your contents. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate the rim structure and snap-cap mechanism. This ensures full protection of your materials end-to-end.
Can I purchase additional end caps separately?
Yes. Additional 3" end caps (PMTCAP3-C820) are available for purchase and are fully compatible with all 3" diameter tubes, allowing you to reuse tube bodies and replace damaged or lost caps.
Are these tubes reusable for multiple shipments?
Yes. The durable 3-ply spiral wound construction withstands repeated use, making these tubes ideal for businesses with ongoing shipping needs. They're also fully recyclable when end-of-life is reached, supporting sustainability goals.
