Common questions
Are these tubes compliant with USPS and shipping carrier regulations?
Yes. The 3" x 12" dimensions and sealed end caps meet standard mailing regulations for USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Always verify specific carrier requirements for your destination and contents.
Can I order additional end caps separately?
Absolutely. We offer replacement 3" end caps (SKU PMTCAP3-C820) available for individual purchase, allowing you to reuse tubes or expand existing inventory.
What makes the spiral wound construction better than alternatives?
Spiral wound fibreboard provides crush resistance, consistent wall thickness, and better load-bearing capacity compared to single-wall tubes. The 0.07" thickness ensures your documents stay protected through handling and transport.
How does the red color help my mailroom operations?
The bright, glossy red finish instantly identifies and categorizes different document types or client mailings, reducing sorting errors, accelerating processing time, and improving overall mailroom efficiency without additional labeling.
