Common questions
Are the plastic end caps secure enough for shipping?
Yes. The included white plastic end caps create a friction-fit seal suitable for standard parcel shipping. For high-security applications, upgrade to locking end caps (sold separately).
Can I order additional end caps separately?
Absolutely. We offer replacement 3" end caps (SKU PMTCAP3-C820) to ensure you never run short during high-volume mailing periods.
What makes these tubes better than cardboard mailers?
The 3-ply spiral wound construction is 40% more crush-resistant than standard mailers and protects contents from compression during stacking and transit. The rigid cylindrical design also prevents document bending.
Are these tubes compliant with shipping regulations?
Yes. The sealed, rigid tube design meets standard parcel carrier requirements for documents, artwork, and rolled materials. Contents remain protected and tamper-evident throughout delivery.
