Common questions
Will the end caps stay on during shipment?
Yes. The white end caps feature a secure snap-fit design specifically engineered to remain locked in place throughout standard shipping methods. No additional tape, straps, or fasteners are needed.
What is the actual tube length compared to the 18" usable space?
The usable interior length is 18 inches. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate the snap-on end cap assembly, but dimensions are optimized for standard USPS and UPS shipping rate boxes.
Can these tubes be reused by our customers?
Yes. The 3-ply spiral-wound construction is durable enough for multiple uses. Many customers reuse them for storage or resend them, adding value to the shipping experience while supporting sustainability goals.
Do you offer replacement or additional end caps?
Yes. Additional 3" white end caps are available separately (SKU: PMTCAP3-C820) for customers who need replacements or want to reuse tubes with new caps.
