Common questions
Will the end caps stay secure during shipment?
Yes. The white end caps are engineered to snap firmly into the tube opening and will not pop off during standard carrier handling, protecting your contents from damage and contamination throughout transit.
What is the actual tube length versus usable space?
The 25" measurement represents usable interior space for your contents. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate the depth needed for secure cap installation, check product specifications or contact our team for exact overall dimensions if critical for your application.
Can I reorder additional caps separately?
Yes. We offer replacement 3" end caps (SKU: PMTCAP3-C820) available for separate purchase, allowing you to extend tube life and reduce per-unit packaging costs when reusing tubes.
Are these tubes suitable for USPS and carrier regulations?
Yes. The 3" diameter and spiral wound construction meet USPS, UPS, and FedEx regulations for cylindrical mailers, ensuring hassle-free shipping without surcharges or rejection at the dock.
