Common questions
What is the actual length of these tubes if 36" is usable space?
The 36" dimension represents usable interior space. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate the end caps and provide secure closure. Measure your specific items to confirm fit, or contact our customer service team for exact specifications.
Can these tubes be customized or branded?
These are standard kraft tubes available for immediate shipment. For custom printing or branding options, please contact our sales team to discuss custom orders and minimum quantities.
Are replacement end caps available if some are damaged?
Yes. Additional 3" end caps are sold separately (SKU: PMTCAP3-C820). We recommend maintaining spare caps for high-volume mailroom operations to minimize downtime.
Do these tubes meet shipping regulations for fragile items?
The 0.125" thick spiral wound construction provides excellent crush resistance and rigidity. However, shipping regulations vary by carrier and item type. We recommend consulting your shipping carrier's guidelines for fragile or hazardous materials to ensure compliance.
