Common questions
Will the end caps stay secure during shipment?
Yes. The white end caps snap firmly into the tube opening with a locking design that resists vibration and handling. They will not pop off during standard ground or air freight transit.
What's the difference between usable length and actual tube length?
Usable length (36") refers to the interior space available for rolled documents. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate the depth of the snap-on end caps. Measure your documents before ordering to ensure fit.
Can I reorder just the end caps?
Yes. Additional 3" white end caps are available separately (SKU: PMTCAP3-C820) for replacement or bulk orders. This extends the life of your tubes and reduces waste.
Are these tubes compliant with shipping regulations?
These tubes meet standard packaging requirements for ground and air shipment of non-hazardous materials. They provide structural protection equivalent to corrugated mailers at a lower cost. Verify compliance with your specific carrier for oversized or specialty freight.
