Common questions
Will the end caps stay secure during shipping?
Yes. The white snap-on end caps are engineered with a non-detaching design that locks firmly in place, protecting contents throughout transit and preventing loss or damage during handling and delivery.
What is the difference between usable space and actual tube length?
Usable space (48") refers to the practical interior length available for your contents. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate the end cap mechanism and provide structural integrity during shipping.
Can I purchase additional end caps separately?
Yes. Additional 3" end caps are available for purchase separately (SKU PMTCAP3-C820) for replacement, expansion, or storage of extra caps for your operations.
Are these tubes suitable for heavy or oversized items?
The 3-ply spiral wound construction provides excellent strength for standard document, blueprint, and poster applications. For unusually heavy items, consult specifications or contact our team to confirm weight limits based on your specific contents.
