Common questions
Are the end caps included with these tubes?
Yes. Each tube comes with pre-fitted caps included in the pack of 12. Additional replacement caps (SKU: PMTCAP4-C820) are available separately if needed.
What's the difference between usable length and actual length?
The 36" measurement is the internal usable space for your contents. The actual tube length is slightly longer to accommodate the cap and provide structural integrity. This ensures your documents fit securely without gaps.
Can these tubes withstand multiple shipping cycles?
Yes. The 0.125" thick, 3-ply spiral wound construction is engineered for durability and resists crushing from standard shipping handling and stacking. This makes them cost-effective for high-volume operations.
Are these tubes compliant with FedEx, UPS, and USPS requirements?
Yes. These rigid kraft tubes meet standard carrier specifications for cylindrical mailers and are widely accepted by major shipping carriers. Always confirm current carrier guidelines for your specific shipping needs.
