Common questions
Will the end caps stay on during shipping?
Yes. The white end caps are engineered to snap securely into place and will not pop off during standard shipping and handling. This ensures your contents remain protected and sealed throughout transit.
Are these tubes reusable?
Absolutely. The 3-ply spiral wound fibreboard construction is durable enough for multiple uses. You can refill and resend these tubes, reducing per-shipment packaging costs over time. They're also fully recyclable when ready for disposal.
What is the actual tube length versus usable space?
The 48" measurement refers to usable interior space for your contents. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate the white snap-on end caps. When measuring items to fit, use the 48" usable space as your guide.
Can I purchase additional end caps separately?
Yes. Additional 4" end caps are available for purchase separately (SKU: PMTCAP4-C820) if you need replacements or want to stock extra caps for future shipments.
