Common questions
Will a boxy or bulky item fit in this 16x14x36" bag?
The listed size is 16x14x36" — the gusseted sides fold out so the bag can open to its listed depth and sit around blockier items. Plan for contents slightly smaller than the nominal size — the usable interior runs a bit under the listed measurement once the bag takes shape around what you load into it.
What does 1.5 mil film mean in practice?
A mil is one-thousandth of an inch, so 1.5 mil film is 1.5/1000" thick — 4 mil film, for example, is twice the film thickness of 2 mil. Heavier film of the same material stands up to punctures and rough handling better; lighter film costs less per bag and packs tighter. This listing's material is specified as Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), 1.5 Mil Thickness.
Can I swap PB1495 for the next size up or down?
Not as an exact replacement. The closest sizes in this line are 12x8x30" and 20x18x36" (same 1.5 mil film), and the same 16x14x36" size is also stocked in 2 and 3 mil. Before switching, match the listed dimensions, 1.5 mil thickness, and case count — then reorder by exact SKU PB1495.
How do I close these bags, and how do they ship?
These are open-top bags — close them with a heat sealer, bag tape, twist ties, or staples, whichever fits your workflow. This listing is sold as one case of 250 bags — roughly $0.41 per bag at the current case price (confirm the live price before ordering). Orders ship from Packrift's five US warehouse regions (Central IL, NE PA, S TX, SE GA, and W CA); delivery options and timing are shown at checkout.
