Common questions
How should I judge fit for the 12x6x24" size?
The listed size is 12x6x24" — the gusseted sides fold out so the bag can open to its listed depth and sit around blockier items. The catalog lists inside-usable dimensions of 24" H x 12" W x 6" Gusseted Bottom, so that measurement is what your item has to fit within.
Is 2 mil the right thickness for my use?
A mil is one-thousandth of an inch, so 2 mil film is 2/1000" thick — 4 mil film, for example, is twice the film thickness of 2 mil. Heavier film of the same material stands up to punctures and rough handling better; lighter film costs less per bag and packs tighter. This listing's material is specified as 2 Mil LDPE Polyethylene.
Can I swap PB4291 for the next size up or down?
Not as an exact replacement. The closest sizes in this line are 10" W x 6" Gusset x 24" H and 12x8x24"; any size change alters the usable interior. Before switching, match the listed dimensions, 2 mil thickness, closure type, and case count — then reorder by exact SKU PB4291.
How does the closure work, and what does a full order look like?
The closure is listed as Double-Track Reclosable Zipper, so the bag closes without separate tape or heat. This listing is sold as one case of 500 bags — roughly $0.20 per bag at the current case price (confirm the live price before ordering). Orders ship from Packrift's five US warehouse regions (Central IL, NE PA, S TX, SE GA, and W CA); delivery options and timing are shown at checkout.
