Common questions
Will the adhesive damage my corrugated boxes or shipping labels?
No. The hot melt adhesive is specifically designed for use on paper and corrugated surfaces. It bonds firmly without leaving residue, damaging boxes, or interfering with barcodes or address labels when applied correctly.
Can these envelopes withstand moisture during shipping?
Yes. The 2 Mil polypropylene construction is water-resistant and protects enclosed documents from moisture, rain, and humidity throughout the shipping lifecycle. This ensures packing lists and invoices remain legible upon delivery.
How do I apply these envelopes to packages?
Simply peel back the adhesive backing and press firmly onto your package surface. The envelopes open along the 7" dimension (the first dimension), allowing easy insertion of documents before sealing. No additional tape or equipment is required.
Are these envelopes compatible with automated packaging equipment?
Yes. The consistent 7" x 5 1/2" dimensions and reliable adhesive backing make these suitable for both manual and semi-automated fulfillment operations. Verify compatibility with your specific equipment before bulk ordering.
