Common questions
Will the adhesive stick permanently to corrugated boxes?
Yes. The hot melt adhesive is formulated to create permanent, tamper-resistant bonds on corrugated, kraft paper, and other shipping surfaces. Once applied, the envelope will not lift or separate during normal shipping conditions.
Can I apply these envelopes with standard label applicators?
These envelopes are designed for manual application or compatible with pneumatic/electric label guns. Test with your equipment before full-scale deployment to ensure optimal feed and adhesion pressure.
Are these envelopes suitable for harsh shipping environments?
Absolutely. The 2 Mil poly material resists moisture, grease, and temperature fluctuations, protecting enclosed packing lists and documents from degradation during extended transit or adverse weather conditions.
How does the orange color improve warehouse operations?
Orange provides high visibility on brown corrugated boxes, making it easier for receiving teams to quickly identify packages with enclosed documentation. This reduces sorting errors and accelerates the receiving process.
