Common questions
Will the hot melt adhesive stick to corrugated cardboard and kraft paper?
Yes. Hot melt adhesive is engineered for industrial packaging and bonds securely to both corrugated boxes and paper surfaces. For best results, apply to clean, dry surfaces free of dust or oils. Adhesion is immediate and permanent, no heat gun or activation needed.
Can these envelopes withstand moisture during shipping?
Yes. The 2 Mil polyethylene construction provides water-resistant protection for enclosed documents during ground and parcel shipping. Documents inside remain protected from rain, humidity, and condensation without compromising the envelope's structural integrity.
How many envelopes come per case, and what's the typical shelf life?
Each case contains 1,000 envelopes. When stored in a cool, dry environment (below 85°F, 40% humidity), hot melt adhesive maintains optimal bonding performance for 12+ months. Bulk cases can be ordered and stored for ongoing fulfillment operations.
Do I need to manually write or print 'Packing List Enclosed' on these envelopes?
No. All envelopes arrive pre-printed with clear, bold "Packing List Enclosed" messaging in professional design. This eliminates manual labeling, reduces fulfillment errors, and ensures consistent branding across 100% of shipments.
